Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4378 HB 462 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4377) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 462 "An Act repealing certain provisions of the laws, other than those in the Alaska Land Act, relating to recording requirements, labor and improvement requirements, and size requirements for mining claims and providing for the suspension or waiver of state annual mining labor requirements when the federal government has suspended or waived federal annual mining labor requirements administratively or by statute; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 462(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 462, thus adopting SCS HB 462(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 462?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 462(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
